  • We stand behind all of our products and perform rigorous quality testing; if anything doesn't seem right, we offer replacements at no charge to you, for any misprinted or damaged items. So don't be afraid to speak up! Email support@djspacedaddy.com.
  • Every product has measurements on the product page; make sure you purchase the correct size because we do not offer exchanges at this time! (but plan to in the future)
  • We recommend purchasing stationery, stickers and greeting cards as bundles; this is the best value for money that we are able to offer at this time on these types of products.

An item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

  • We will do our best to give estimates about when an item will be back in stock on the product page itself.

Can I exchange items for a different size?

  • We currently don't offer this option.
  • All of our products are made-to-order, so we do not keep an inventory of items in each size on hand for online orders.
  • However, we plan to offer this option in the future!

What is the return policy?

  • Once your order is approved, you may request a refund up until your order enters the production phase.
  • All of our products are made-to-order, which means that once your order enters the production phase, we are no longer able to offer a refund.
  • We offer replacements at no charge to you (free shipping), in the event of misprinted, damaged in-transit, or lost items.
  • We cannot offer exchanges if you accidentally purchased the wrong size.

Why are the Angels black?

  • The angels are black because they are made out of darkness. Their skin is so dark that no light escapes; it is never in shadow and never has any reflection.
  • However, their skin does emit a faint light, and certain parts of their skin (such as their tails) are actually the brightest white.
  • It's a purely aesthetic choice that is not meant to bear any resemblance to any ethnic group.

Is Space Daddy an Angel?

  • No. Space Daddy was made an Honorary Angel when he married The Queen of the Angels.
  • The halo above his head is magical technology, not a real halo--it is a piece of hardware that he can take on and off, not a fundamental part of his being.
  • He is "no Angel"; the opposite of whatever an Angel from space is; a rainbow wrapped in darkness.
  • Space Daddy has many forms; he favors one particular form, but he appears in whatever form is most effective to communicate with his audience. His true form is incomprehensible to humans.

Explain to me the concept of Space Daddy in one sentence?

    There once was a great king of space and partying named Space Daddy, who traveled the universe with his band of Space Angels, spreading good vibes and playing funky music for the party people of the universe and teaching strength, love, and the power of dancing, touching the hearts of everyone they met, and leaving behind the gift of fabulous clothing and accessories.
