Return Policy

- At this time, we do not currently offer exchanges if you have purchased the incorrect size of an item. Please read the size chart of all items carefully.
- Gift cards are not eligible for return.
- We offer returns and replacements at no charge for misprinted/damage/defective items and for missing items/orders.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after the order was marked delivered.

Misprinted/damaged/defective items
- You must include a photo of the item(s) in question in your return request.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after the order was marked delivered.

Missing items/orders
- Missing items/orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If the supplier claims that the item was included, your order/items will be considered ineligible for a return.
- If an order was marked delivered but you claim it to be missing, it is considered ineligible for a return.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days after the order was marked delivered.

- Space Daddy LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds on any missing item/order.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- We do not currently accept returns of face masks, socks or underwear for any reason.
Lost in transit
If you have not received your order within the expected time frame...
- Please check the combined estimated production and shipping times. Our products are made-to-order and so production time must be added on top of the shipping time.

Please confirm that the shipping address is correct. Please note that if you supplied an incorrect address, you will be charged for reshipment costs, and refusal to pay reshipment costs will result in your order being considered unclaimed, and thus ineligible for a refund.
- After following the above two steps, please contact us at support@djspacedaddy.com. If your order was lost in transit, we will provide a replacement at no charge. If you wish to cancel your order at this time, you will not a receive a refund.
Wrong address / Unclaimed orders
- If an address was provided by the customer that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. If you do not wish to pay reshipment costs, your order will be considered unclaimed.
- If an order is returned undelivered, we will contact you within 10 business days. (excluding major US holidays)
- Returned undelivered orders will be held for up to 28 days before being considered unclaimed.
- Any unclaimed order is not eligible for return.
How to start a return

- Please include your order number in the email subject line.
- If your items were damaged/misprinted/defective, please include a photo of the items.
Return Process
- We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and your return processed.
- If approved for a return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at support@djspacedaddy.com

Space Daddy LLC reserves the right to refuse any return at its sole discretion.
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
