Shipping policy

All products are made-to-order. Our suppliers handle production and shipping. Each product may have different production and shipping times.

Where possible, an estimated arrival date will be displayed for each product on the product listing page.

If an address was provided by the customer that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. If you do not wish to pay reshipment costs, your order will be considered unclaimed. Any unclaimed order is not eligible for return.

We offer returns and replacements at no charge for misprinted/damage/defective items and for missing items/orders.

You will receive email updates about your order, and if you have an account, you can check the status of your order at any time from your account page.
